Job Description
Strategic SEO Leadership:
- Own the full SEO strategy across technical, on-page, content, off-site, and AI-driven search initiatives.
- Define SEO KPIs, goals, and reporting frameworks to connect organic performance to business outcomes.
- Partner with Web, Product Marketing, and Content teams to integrate SEO into campaigns and GTM strategies.
Execution and Optimization:
- Execute advanced on-page optimizations, manage site health and technical SEO initiatives, and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Drive off-page SEO efforts, including authority-building and high-quality backlink acquisition.
- Stay up to date on evolving SEO landscapes, including AI-powered search, voice search, and emerging platforms.
Team Collaboration and Mentorship:
- Lead keyword research, content gap analysis, and SERP opportunity assessments to inform actionable strategies.
- Mentor junior SEO contributors and establish SEO best practices across teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
