About the Role:
- Act as a trusted partner and virtual boots on the ground for customers, driving investigations and containing threats
- Take full ownership of customer success from detection through resolution
- Provide expertise and clear communication to ensure customer environments remain secure
What You’ll Do:
- Perform investigations using EDR, Network, and Identity telemetry
- Identify, scope, and manage customer incidents with remediation plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve threat remediation approaches

What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of cybersecurity experience with proven investigation skills
- Working knowledge of EDR platforms like CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, or SentinelOne
- Deep understanding of Windows and macOS internals and network communications
