- Architect the 10-Layer Modern Data Operating System across multi-cloud environments (OCI, GCP, Azure).
- Define and enforce the Universal Security Model with ABAC and identity integration.
**Platform Engineering:**
- Lead the transition from legacy ETL to modern Platform Engineering with GitOps and declarative management.
- Deploy the centralized Metadata Control Plane and automated Data Catalog.
- Implement SRE-style observability for platform health and performance.
**Leadership and Mentorship:**
- Serve as Pillar Lead for the Data Platform Engineering squad.
- Guide and mentor technical talent across pipeline, data, analytics, and AI engineering.
- Partner with HR on technical career progression and competency matrices.
