The Data Analyst will join the Business Intelligence team, working alongside other analysts to develop data pipelines, transform and interrogate data, derive insights and build reports and dashboards for stakeholders. The goal is to drive strategic and operational decision-making. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation while maintaining the human side of customer interaction. You'll help drive efficiency, action and leading customer service through robust measurement, actionable KPIs, reporting, & analytics. This role requires data manipulation, processing, and modeling skills, with an appreciation for self-service analytics and data governance.
