Senior Product Designer

Role Impact:

• This role is central to improving the servicing experience, where customers manage their financial relationship, shaping trust over time.
• The designer will make key moments like payments simple, transparent, and reliable, helping customers understand balances and stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design flows for bill pay and account management, turning requirements into clear user flows and polished UI.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-quality experiences and use research to identify friction.
• Apply and extend the design system for consistency and present work clearly, iterating based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• Requires 3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech or transactional products, with strong UX/UI and collaboration skills.
• Must have experience designing payment or account management flows and a portfolio showing clear thinking and impact.
• A bonus includes experience using motion design to enhance interactions or a strong point of view on clarity in financial experiences.
