Responsibilities:
- Define and lead DTC eCommerce data strategy, aligning digital analytics with growth, customer acquisition, and revenue objectives.
- Shape customer lifecycle strategy through cohort analysis, segmentation, and personalization across acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Develop forecasting and predictive models to support demand planning, inventory strategy and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of eight years of experience in web analytics, specializing in strategy development and implementation.
- Advanced skills in the use of various web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 360, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and HotJar.
- Extensive skills in creating and delivering regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
