Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture and evolution of the revenue systems stack, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, a modern CPQ solution, and billing integrations.
- Lead complex configuration and development across Apex, Lightning Web Components, and custom integrations.
- Build and deploy AI agents for account research, CRM hygiene, post-call follow-ups, and signal-based outbound workflows.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 2 years in an architect-level role.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ implementation, customization, and production support.
- Proven experience deploying AI agents or AI-assisted workflows in a GTM context, shipped to production.
Skills and Collaboration:
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP API integrations, and middleware patterns.
- Strong track record working across GTM, Finance, Engineering, and Security stakeholders, able to translate technical decisions into business language.
- Background at a high-growth B2B SaaS company that has gone through a GTM systems transformation.
