Retail & Merchandising Coach

Role Overview:

• As a Retail & Merchandising Coach, you will work one-on-one with students and professionals to build skills in retail strategy, merchandising, and career development.
• You will set your own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the Leland team to deliver a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach core retail and merchandising concepts including product assortment planning, visual merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
• Guide students with career support such as resume review, interview prep, and salary negotiation.
• Help students apply retail analytics, e-commerce integration, and AI fundamentals to modern retail work.

What We're Looking For:

• Professional experience in retail or merchandising, along with prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down strategic and operational retail concepts.
