Job Description
Champion quality across every layer of the stack. We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who will embed quality into everything we build from APIs to databases to UI automation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner with programmers, advocate for the user, and drive a quality-first mindset across the team. Embed quality practices across the team, ensuring quality is owned, discussed, and baked into every stage of delivery. Automate and integrate testing at the API, database, and UI levels (Cypress). Pair with developers on coding and testing, advocating for shift-left and shift-right approaches. Think like a user, exploring edge cases, anticipating risks, and representing the customer perspective. Contribute to continuous improvement, driving an automation-first approach and eliminating repetitive manual work.
