Job Description

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the charge in building the features and systems to secure and defend our platform from fraud, ensure regulatory compliance, and create exceptional user experiences for people dealing with sensitive situations. You will own the end-to-end product strategy and user experience for features that span fraud prevention, security, risk management, compliance, disputes, and customer recovery. Responsibilities include owning the cohesive roadmap for Support & Safety features, prioritizing product investments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with Engineering and Design. You will also monitor key product metrics such as fraud rates, dispute resolution time, and contact rates. Qualifications include 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or risk/security domains, a deep understanding of financial regulations, and strong communication skills.
