Responsibilities:
- Evaluate alerts and make recommendations when corrective actions are needed.
- Analyze project data to identify performance trends and spot performance issues.
- Create and track service tickets to resolve system anomalies.
Onboarding & Reporting:
- Create new assets in Omnidian’s platforms and connect assets to data sources.
- Ensure assets’ technical specifications are fully onboarded.
- Produce performance reports for assigned clients and portfolios.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of solar technology, monitoring systems and maintenance practices.
- Experience with solar monitoring DAS platforms and alerts.
- Strong technical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
