Engineering Manager, Product

We’re looking for an experienced engineering manager to lead one of our core product engineering teams, responsible for shipping our protocol, API, and web and mobile apps. Your work will directly impact millions of users interacting with our products. Responsibilities include building and growing a full-stack team of engineers focused on shipping a high-quality product quickly and thoughtfully, driving engineering excellence in maintainability, performance, and attention to detail, balancing pragmatism and polish. Also triage incoming asks, considering tradeoffs with product and organizational context. Maintain awareness of team status and capacity, escalating blockers and other issues across projects early. Contribute code for complex features and bugs as needed. Create stability and clarity within the team and across the org in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Own hiring and developing top technical talent for your team.
