- Demonstrated experience leading a software engineering team.
- Expert-level Python development, including stream processing.
- Proficient in disciplined software engineering practices.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with TDMA network protocols.
- Experience with Polars or DuckDB for high-performance analytical workloads.
- Experience with LLM-assisted software development tools.
