Principal Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead team management, staffing, and resource development for transmission line and substation engineering projects to meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Establish and communicate short- and long-term goals with clear KPIs to guide team performance and ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Hold a BS in Electrical, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering and a Professional Engineer License with 7+ years of experience in transmission line design.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles, industry standards, and codes, with proficiency in software like PLS-CADD and CAD.
