Job Description
As part of BLIP's Information Security area, the focus is to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the company's assets. The Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for ensuring that access to systems, data, and resources is granted securely, controlled, and aligned with BLIP's standards and practical policies. We work across different areas of the organization, promoting automation, governance, and best practices related to identity and access control. We are looking for an Analyst II in Access Management with great technical experience in IAM and a strategic vision to work technically on our initiatives. This role is key to ensuring the evolution of our identity program, supporting the team with technical guidance, acting directly on projects, and being a reference in the construction of secure, scalable solutions aligned with BLIP's needs.
Responsibilities include operating access management processes, developing integrations with internal and external systems, administering IAM tools, troubleshooting access and authentication, implementing improvements to onboarding, conducting access reviews, documenting processes, and participating in security projects.
