We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst with a strong focus on Okta administration and Active Directory Group Management. This role will be primarily responsible for heavy Okta support, with additional responsibilities in CyberArk support. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of identity access management expertise, authentication protocol knowledge, and the ability to perform Tier 2/3 troubleshooting. This role is remote and nearshore-based.

As a Staff Identity Engineer, you will champion Identity across Tide by integrating new applications with Okta and creating Just-in-Time access rules. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to define and implement least-privilege access controls, ensuring the Identity estate adheres to best practices and automating manual processes.
