The Sr. CrowdStrike Engineer is responsible for post-sales product, service implementation and service delivery, completing assigned projects while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves owning client's CrowdStrike environment, championing security initiatives, and acting as the subject matter expert for CrowdStrike.

The Threat Response Engineering team remediates threats detected in Active Remediation customer environments, conducting investigations on endpoints and servers utilizing EDR platforms, malware analysis, and threat hunting, taking advantage of the tools available in the Red Canary platform to perform immediate actions when threats are detected.
