Analytics Manager (Product)

Lead a team of data analysts supporting product managers, designers, and engineers with actionable insights that directly influence product strategy and roadmap prioritization. Develop and evolve best-in-class product analytics capabilities, continuously improving the quality and reliability of our product data. Foster a data driven culture, strengthening and deepening the partnership between Product and Data to accelerate business growth and secure MetaMask’s position as the leading self-custody wallet. Translate complex data into clear narratives that facilitate strategic alignment and influence senior leadership decisions. Champion hypothesis testing - collaborating closely with product teams to design, run, and interpret lo-fi experiments to better understand our users and their jobs-to-be-done. Advocate for data literacy and self-service tools, enabling colleagues to confidently explore product data and helping to scale up our data capabilities more efficiently. Mentor and grow a team of analysts, creating an environment in which they can thrive and ensuring their deliverables meet the highest standards.
