As an Engineering Manager for the Backend-Patform swimlane, you will lead and manage two teams: API Platform & Datalake. These engineering teams are responsible for building and maintaining some of the core data building blocks powering user experiences within MetaMask. Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines that integrate sources across the business. Collaborate closely with analysts, business stakeholders, and other engineering teams to gather requirements, align timelines, discuss architecture, and ensure successful delivery. Document data pipelines, best practices, and processes to support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team. Develop and optimize data models to deliver trusted, structured, and business-ready data.

This role is for a Senior Community Support Manager to oversee processes and communications related to the MetaMask community sentiment, issue escalation, documentation, training, and customer support for both MetaMask and Linea. Requires operational excellence in handling user-related concerns, community engagement, and major product updates, plus collaboration and a willingness to be a vocal team member are essential.

This role helps build the accounting infrastructure and processes that will support growth in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting, the candidate will be working in a company where structure, procedures, and policy are in development, familiar with a fast pace, and able to prioritize when building.

In this hands-on and strategic role as Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll own the design, automation, and reliability of Linea’s infrastructure. You will work directly with AWS, Kubernetes, Karpenter, Terraform, and Grafana, driving operational excellence, security, and rapid iteration in a cloud-native environment.

Lead a team of data analysts supporting product managers, designers, and engineers with actionable insights that directly influence product strategy and roadmap prioritization. Develop and evolve best-in-class product analytics capabilities, continuously improving the quality and reliability of our product data. Foster a data driven culture, strengthening and deepening the partnership between Product and Data to accelerate business growth and secure MetaMask’s position as the leading self-custody wallet.
