Property Specialist

Conduct Middle Market field surveys and service support. This includes both on site physical surveys and some virtual/phone surveys. Responsibilities and Accountabilities include detailed assessment of operations, exposures and control adequacy as well as ability to evaluate sprinkler system adequacy and Normal Loss Expectancies and Probable Maximum Loss expectancies. Findings will be summarized in internal reports with appropriate loss improvement recommendations. Nat Cat evaluations (primarily flood, but windstorm, hail, wildfire, etc. preferred) Competency with NFPA and FM data sheets. Competency with Microsoft suite tools and applications. Good communication skills for working Underwriters, policy holders, brokers. Solid time management skills.
