Job Description
As a Presales Onboarding Engineer at Starburst you will assist in the execution of customer proof of concept studies, be an expert in our products and services and act as a consultant and expert on architecture, deployment, and design discussions. Consult with professional services on post sales deployments and onboarding. Act as a customer-facing technical resource during technology evaluations provide product feedback for internal product engineering discussions. Design and execute on strategic team projects and initiatives and collaborate with Engineering and Support teams for critical customer operational issues and questions. Develop field best practices, how-to documents, and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
