Analyst, Business Intelligence & Operations

Business Intelligence & Dashboard Management:

• Own the ongoing management, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into meaningful dashboards and visualizations.
• Monitor data accuracy, refresh schedules, and dashboard performance; troubleshoot issues.

Strategic Platforms & Technology Enablement:

• Manage business-facing platforms that enable strategic objectives.
• Gather and document business requirements, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate enhancements.
• Serve as a knowledgeable business owner connecting organizational needs with technology capabilities.

Corporate Development & Strategic Initiatives:

• Advance initiatives through research, data analysis, and business case development.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative information to inform recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor strategic initiatives.
