Key Responsibilities:
- System Design: Create scalable architecture blueprints for NCFMS modules, ensuring alignment with federal financial standards.
- Integration & Modernization: Oversee the integration of financial databases, cloud services, and web applications.
- Compliance & Security: Enforce federal security controls like NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP compliance requirements.
Core Requirements:
- Experience: 12+ years in enterprise-scale solution architecture, specifically with federal financial or large-scale Oracle ERP systems.
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), database administration (Oracle/SQL), and modern API microservices.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with DOL NCFMS or large federal Oracle eBS implementation
- Agile delivery experience
