AI Marketing Analytics Director- Consumer Lending (Remote)

Experian is seeking a strategic and technical Director of AI Marketing Analytics to lead innovation in data-driven marketing strategies across the consumer lending lifecycle. This role reports to the VP of Analytics Consulting and is instrumental in driving the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions—including agentic intelligence—to optimize marketing performance, customer acquisition and portfolio growth. The role requires expertise in consumer credit data, marketing analytics, and machine learning along with experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business impact. Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven marketing analytics solutions, championing the use of agentic AI intelligence, and driving the development of new analytical products and services. Additional responsibility includes overseeing the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models while translating business requirements into actionable AI solutions.
