This role focuses on campaign execution, driving influencer recruitment, managing partnerships, and owning campaign deliverables. You'll analyze campaign performance, identify success areas, and implement strategic measures to optimize programs. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and managing successful, KPI-driven influencer marketing campaigns. You'll source new partnership opportunities, vet influencers, conduct outreach, and negotiate. You'll craft program-wide communications, guide influencers on content strategy, collect content drafts, and ensure FTC guidelines are met. You'll audit program content for compliance, track content accurately, and analyze influencer campaigns to identify performance trends.
