Key Focus Areas:

  • Campaign Ownership & Execution: Own end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across TikTok and Meta, manage reserved media buys, and ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time with strong attention to detail.
  • Creator + Paid Integration: Partner with influencer teams to develop creator briefs, manage workflows from briefing to amplification, and execute campaigns via TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok One.
  • TikTok Specialty: Execute TikTok Branded Mission campaigns end-to-end, apply deep understanding of TikTok formats and trends, and stay ahead of platform updates and beta features.
  • Measurement & Collaboration: Analyze paid media performance data with the strategy and analytics team, proactively partner with peers across strategy, creative, and client engagement, and coordinate timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3–5 years of experience in paid social media with hands-on experience in TikTok Ads Manager and proven experience executing TikTok Branded Mission campaigns.
  • Nice-to-haves include experience in nonprofit campaigns, agency work, and familiarity with platforms like YouTube and Reddit.
