Senior Threat Researcher

As a Senior Threat Researcher, you will proactively assess the threat landscape to deliver content for Panther’s security platform based on value, customer need, and emerging threats. Employ data to monitor and iterate on detection rules, cloud scanning policies, and dashboards to increase their efficacy over time. Configure and build lab environments for testing prior to production release. Contribute back to open source projects such as our Panther Analysis repo and Panther’s Sigma backend . Write documentation for detection content and strategy. The role requires 5+ years of experience in an investigative security role such as threat hunting, incident response, or detection engineering. Also requires experience applying the MITRE ATT&CK framework for threat intelligence analysis and threat modeling.
