Junior Marketing Operations Manager

You will:

• Master advanced Meta tech integrations, including Meta Pixels, Conversions API, GTM server-side tracking, and GA4 attribution.
• Execute and QA campaigns on $1M+ spend accounts, taking ownership of campaign builds, UTM tagging, budget caps, and policy appeals.
• Leverage AI co-pilots to automate routine tasks, cutting manual work by 20%+ and focusing on high-value technical execution.

We'll have a match if you:

• Have 3+ months of hands-on Meta experience in Ads Manager and Business Manager.
• Speak English at B2 level or higher and bring obsessive attention to detail.
• Are AI-ready, tech-savvy, and show process discipline with proactive ownership.
