Digital Communications Senior Manager

• This role builds digital presence and grows social media from the ground up.
• You will work with leadership to make complex policy ideas short, clear, and shareable.
• Ideal for a strong writer with a sharp sense of what works online and startup enthusiasm.

What You Will Do:

• Write, edit, and publish content for website, Substack, and digital channels.
• Develop social media strategy, schedule posts, and engage with followers and partners.
• Support press materials, media outreach, event promotion, and consistent branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, journalism, or public policy.
• 4-7 years experience in digital communications, social media, or content creation.
• Strong writing and editing skills, experience growing social accounts, and working knowledge of Canva, Adobe, and CMS platforms.
