What You'll Do:
- Research, draft, and edit policy products that translate complex ideas into practical tools.
- Manage the fellows program day-to-day, from onboarding to tracking progress.
- Maintain the idea brief library and support internal review and dissemination.
Who You Are:
- You bring 3-5 years of policy research or development experience and excellent writing skills.
- You are highly organized, familiar with state policy, and thrive in a remote startup environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The salary is $82,000-$87,000 with unlimited PTO and paid family leave.
