The Opportunity:
- Lead TSP's political and governance strategy in an assigned set of states.
- Work directly with legislative leaders, caucuses, candidates, and lawmakers.
- Report to the Senior Director of Political Strategy and support power-building outcomes.
What You Will Do:
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders and manage in-state partnerships.
- Oversee TSP spending, draft investment plans, and track campaign effectiveness.
- Keep teams and supporters informed on landscape developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
- At least three cycles of experience on political campaigns with multi-million dollar budget management.
- Deep understanding of political campaigns, governance, and strategic data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
