The Principal Strategist, Giving Circles will lead the strategic growth, engagement, and operational excellence of our giving circles initiative. This role is responsible for expanding the reach, diversity, and impact of our giving circles, fostering deep donor engagement, and integrating the program into broader organizational fundraising goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and program innovator who is passionate about democratizing philanthropy.

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the TSP team in quantitative research projects that analyze electoral, legislative, campaign and caucus data to help inform key strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who loves digging into data and extracting key insights with the ability to communicate findings effectively to colleagues.

This role involves content/curriculum development, program design, strategic planning, project management, training and facilitation, and coordination across multiple teams. The Director will lead and manage TSP programming, build and optimize new systems and processes, manage multiple complex workflows across different teams, and help to ensure that Lawmaker Engagement team resources are deployed efficiently to achieve TSP objectives.
