General Manager

About the Role:

• Lead the RunningMate business unit as an independent P&L with full accountability for revenue growth and financial health.
• Own the 2027 strategy and plan, translating long-term goals into clear priorities and investments.

What You Will Do:

• Manage a cross-functional team of approximately 10 people across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Client Success.
• Align teams around a cohesive strategy and prioritize the product roadmap based on market needs and customer feedback.
• Build relationships with campaigns, state parties, C3/C4 organizations, and other key stakeholders.

About You:

• 6+ years of experience in progressive politics and deep knowledge of the Democratic campaign ecosystem.
• Proven track record scaling a product or business to $5M+ in annualized revenue.
• Strong skills in selling to political organizations and understanding their budgeting and buying cycles.
