  • Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring maximum tool utilization.
  • Provide precise and prompt support through ticket resolution and proactive outreach to clients and end users.
  • Oversee multi-departmental initiatives, maintain data accuracy in internal tools, and develop user-facing documentation.

$80,000–$90,000/yr

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary/seasonal roles, managing job postings, resume review, scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Ensure an empathetic and transparent candidate experience from application to decision, and project manage onboarding and offboarding for seasonal staff.
  • Support daily operations with high-priority tasks, maintain data integrity across HR and recruiting tech stack, and partner on special projects with the Operations team and CEO office.

  • Serve as the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while BDRs and Account Executives are traveling and engaging with prospects.
  • Own the travel infrastructure for the entire sales org, track team performance, collect on stale invoices, and keep the pipeline moving from your home base.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to relay field insights and maintain alignment across parties.
