Job Description
Utilize your deep product expertise and advanced analytics skills to drive decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, owning experimentation from end to end, developing event tracking plans, and delivering impactful reports to measure the effectiveness of features. Working closely with business stakeholders, translate complex business questions into structured analyses, supports experimentation through data collection and test design, and provides strategic recommendations. A strong commercial mindset is essential, as the role requires the ability to size up ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, and guide the team toward actionable insights.
Partnering with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Revenue, Design, and Lifecycle to define analytics and experimentation roadmaps and identify growth opportunities. Designing and analyzing A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention strategies. Developing robust measurement plans to monitor business impact across key growth initiatives. Identifying patterns and developing scalable insights to accelerate user growth and drive strategic decisions.
