As the Senior Director of Product Operations, you will be responsible for optimizing how our product development teams work and scaling processes to support Calendly’s growth. Key responsibilities include: Operational Efficiency & Product Lifecycle Management Design, implement, and optimize processes for strategic planning and product development Oversee product release processes, ensuring timely and successful launches.

As a Senior Engineer on Calendly’s App Platform team, you will be instrumental in building the foundational capabilities that power their product ecosystem. Your work will directly impact how their engineering teams ship features and how millions of users experience Calendly. You will focus on critical platform services including Analytics and Experimentation, Feature Flagging infrastructure and Real-time UX Infrastructure.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer for the Commerce Squad will bring strong user empathy, clear product intuition, and solid engineering skills to a team that powers how customers discover, buy, and get value from Calendly. You will report to one of our Engineering Managers and will be responsible for shipping high‑impact features quickly and safely to support revenue growth and a best‑in-class commerce experience.
