Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead creative concepting, storyboarding, and production for AI-generated social media content.
Manage daily posting and engagement across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with other teams to align creative output with message goals and cultural trends.

AI-Driven Production:

Design and produce short-form videos, visuals, and copy using AI tools.
Build scalable creative systems for content production using automation and generative tools.
Stay on top of emerging AI capabilities and train junior team members.

Creative Leadership:

Mentor interns and contributors on creative best practices and AI tools.
Contribute to innovation initiatives, exploring how AI can enhance storytelling.
Partner with the Director of AI Creative Strategy to prototype new formats.
