Job Description
Ocrolus is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to build at the intersection of AI and fintech. This role involves understanding data and unlocking its value for continued growth and success. As part of the Business Analytics team, you will work on interesting problems, design data architecture solutions, and optimize data processes.
Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining data pipelines from streaming platforms like Kafka to Snowflake, building OLTP & OLAP dashboards, writing and optimizing SQL queries, and leading a team of data analysts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management are crucial.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, data architecture, and process optimization. Expertise in SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is required. Experience with AWS Cloud and Snowflake is a plus.
