Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, or phone, resolving support tickets. Investigate and resolve customer complaints by collaborating with internal teams and using the mortgage platform. Maintain documentation, track common issues, and support SLAs with strong analytical and communication skills.

Act as technical expert and trusted advisor during post-sales, embedding with customer teams to improve mortgage origination efficiency. Build and support technical solutions and integrations for mortgage clients using Ocrolus, Encompass, and other POS/LOS platforms. Run proof-of-concepts and proof-of-value engagements, troubleshoot live issues, and influence the product roadmap.
