Job Description
In this role, you’ll contribute to the full software development lifecycle, focusing on building and maintaining dynamic customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream, scripting languages, and database technologies. Key responsibilities include designing, coding, configuring, and debugging OpenText Exstream (Dialogue) applications, including layouts, tables, variables, barcodes, placeholders, and complex business rules.
You will map structured driver/reference data files and use copybooks/layouts for data handling. You will also participate in the full development lifecycle, including integration testing, UAT support, and deployment. Collaboration is key, involving code reviews, design reviews, and release/build management processes. System monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution are crucial for meeting SLAs and industry standards. You will work in Unix/Linux environments and manage Exstream version upgrades. Supporting client-facing teams with application troubleshooting and documentation will also be part of the role. The role includes developing reusable components and ensuring best practices in performance, security, and compliance.
