Full-Stack Analytics Engineer II

Primary Duties:

• Partner with Data Platform/IT to ingest data from diverse source systems, owning the "T" in ELT using dbt with tests, lineage, and data contracts.
• Leverage Claude Code and other GenAI tools to build the middle data layer and app layer, creating interactive dashboards and beautiful UI visuals that surface insights.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and perform root cause analysis, collaborating with leaders to iterate key performance indicators with privacy-by-design.

Qualifications:

• Requires 3+ years as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer with expert SQL, dbt, and dimensional modeling skills.
• Demonstrated ambidexterity using Claude Code and generative AI to accelerate full-stack development, data modeling, and UI creation.
• Hands-on experience with a cloud warehouse like Snowflake and an orchestrator like Dagster, plus proficiency in Python or R for transformations.
