Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver high-volume, consultative interactions to guide diverse adult learners through enrollment, overcoming obstacles and communicating the university's value.
- Accurately track all student progression in the CRM and achieve individual and team recruitment and conversion goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive information on admissions, programs, policies, and student success initiatives via multiple communication channels.
- Develop referral leads, participate in recruitment events like webinars and open houses, and act as a liaison between students and other university departments.
Requirements and Conditions:
- Required qualifications include an Associate's degree and at least one year in admissions, advising, or consultative sales within a performance-driven team environment.
- Remote work requires a dedicated home office with provided equipment, a hardwired Ethernet connection, and specific internet speed standards.
- The role requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and occasional holiday hours, plus travel for in-state recruitment events if applicable.
