About the Role:
- Own application security across Redpanda's products, from C++ core to Go cloud control plane.
- Partner with a small, high-trust product security team and engineering to build security in.
You Will:
- Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews for new product features.
- Own application security testing (SAST, SCA, DAST) and build fuzzing harnesses for the core engine.
You Have:
- 7+ years in application security with strong systems language skills.
- Practical proficiency with the AppSec toolchain and risk-based prioritization.
