Content Operations Specialist

Looking for a technically-savvy Content Operations Specialist who combines workflow automation skills with strong editorial judgment to join the growing content team. You will serve as the bridge between our content creation processes and final delivery, optimizing LLM-powered workflows and ensuring high-quality outputs. Your work will be essential to improving scalability and content quality across the organization — by leveraging automation tools, tuning workflows and delivering consistently excellent content at scale. You will configure and optimize content workflows using no-code/low-code tools and publicly available LLMs to produce high-quality content drafts, identify opportunities for automation in existing content processes, and implement solutions using appropriate tools. You will also apply an editor's eye to evaluate content outputs, identifying patterns in LLM performance and adjusting workflows to address quality issues.
