Senior Product Data Analyst – Self-Serve Product

We're building a world-class self-serve SaaS platform where growth is driven by our product and are looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to be the detective, storyteller, and strategist who deciphers our user behavior. Translate data into action : Deliver insights that guide improvements in onboarding, conversion, and feature usage. Drive product clarity : Track and communicate key self-serve metrics like activation, churn, and upgrade flows. Unlock opportunities : Identify drop-offs or blockers in the funnel and propose fixes that improve customer acquisition and retention. Champion data quality : Maintain accurate subscription and billing event data across tools. Own impact analysis : Run A/B tests and product experiments to evaluate outcomes of growth or pricing changes. Support scalable infrastructure : Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize onboarding, pricing, and feature usage. Work cross-functionally : Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance to align insights with self-serve roadmap goals.
