Job Description
The Employer Branding & Candidate Marketing Specialist will execute employer branding initiatives that position Wing as an employer of choice for remote professionals. They will develop and distribute content campaigns (videos, graphics, posts, success stories) highlighting company culture, employee growth, and client impact. This person will build and manage partnerships with universities, training programs, job boards, and talent networks to expand candidate reach. This role collaborates with Talent Acquisition and HR to ensure all candidate-facing touchpoints reflect brand consistency and professionalism. They will manage and optimize referral campaigns and ambassador initiatives to drive organic lead generation. This role tracks key recruitment marketing metrics (CTR, application conversion, referral participation, partner yield) and supports the creation of career page content, testimonials, and brand materials for digital and physical use. Finally, they will coordinate with design and video teams to produce branded recruitment visuals, reels, and highlight campaigns.
