Associate Director / Director, Biostatistics

The Associate Director or Director, Biostatistics will lead critical statistical activities across one of Dianthus Therapeutics' phase III clinical programs. Reporting to the Head of Biostatistics, the candidate will provide strategic and technical leadership in the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trials in a dynamic, fast-paced organization. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Data Management, Medical Writing, and external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compliant statistical deliverables. Key responsibilities include serving as the lead biostatistician for clinical programs or trials (Phase I-III), providing strategic input into clinical development plans and study designs, developing or reviewing statistical sections of clinical trial protocols and SAPs, overseeing statistical programming and analysis, and interpreting/communicating statistical results to stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to regulatory submissions and ensuring statistical deliverables comply with regulatory requirements.
