Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new, next-generation supply chain planning platform. This multi-phase transformation program will span demand planning, supply planning, integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP), inventory optimization, and system integration. The program will be delivered through multiple internal and external workstreams, involving key business units, global stakeholders, the selected software vendor, and an external systems implementation partner. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of program management discipline, supply chain planning process knowledge, technology delivery expertise, and organizational change management capability. This role is accountable for driving the successful delivery of the program, defining and operationalizing new planning processes, and ensuring adoption across the enterprise.
