Job Description
As an SQA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts while collaborating closely with development, product, and QA teams. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will help enhance our test automation frameworks and contribute to delivering scalable, high-performance applications that meet Clear Capital’s standards of excellence.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution. Contribute to building and enhancing test automation frameworks and tools. Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. Participate in test planning, execution, and process improvement initiatives. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and consistent testing.
