Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable server-side components and APIs.
  • Monitor, debug, and improve backend performance, reliability, and observability.
  • Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate documentation and unit/integration tests.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in backend software development, including SaaS or digital health platforms.
  • Proficiency with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and ECS.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, security best practices, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST).

Technology:

  • TypeScript/ Node.js , with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL servers.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
  • Experience using Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
